We just had Mike s from lowry services put a new humidifier on our heater. Mike did an excellent job as he always does. He is very careful and makes sure everything is done right.I will recommend lowry services to my friends and family and tell them to ask for Mike S to do there work. If all your service techs are half as good as Mike S your company will be totally fantastic. more

Today, Dan U. and Ed installed a new furnace and AC for me. I cannot say enough of how well I like Lowry and its employees. They are very professional and take their time explaining everything needed to know about how to run the new equipment. Everyone I've dealt with has been very nice. Rick M came to our home yesterday for routine checkup of our heating and AC unit we had installed. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door and I saw him standing there. He has been to our home before and my husband and I really like Rick. He is very informative and very professional. Transferred from oil to electric, Loved the install crew friendly and didn't mind us watching.....good clean up......Did find salesman didn't communicate as well as they could have with the install crew which gave them additional work which they did without complaint. Rose to occasion. Already recommended them. Great financing options! 0 down 0% financing. more

The home office sent out a piece of equipment that was larger than it needed to be. This required the guys on site to construct a custom duct piece. At first I was afraid this was going to look slopped together. But I was so impressed with the work that was done, you would never know anything was not as planned, work was beautiful and I could not have been happier. more

Just had Rick M do our annual heating inspection and tune up. Excellent work. He informed the customer of why and what he was doing. He had also recommended in a previous visit use of louvered doors and return vents on a interior wall ( to a small powder room). This helped increase airflow in the confined space of the heating unit and dropped the CO emissions during this last check up. We have been very satisfied with all of the work(Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) Lowry has done for us over the past year. more

THE WORST, THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! MISLEADING ADVERTISING. RUDE AND NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Were supposed to come out Friday night (window 5:00-8:00) but I got a call from them at 6:35 they were to busy ""someone would definitely be out on Saturday"" with a window of 11:00 to 4:00. Ok so I'll stay in the house all day on the only day I have to run errands but the heat will be fixed. Get a call on Saturday at 3:05 they were to busy they had to help their contract clients first because they come first. Someone can come out tonight but you will have to pay the emergency rate. WHAT you told me ""someone would definitely be here on Saturday"" but now I have to pay the emergency rate????? After I waited Friday and today for 4 hours! Of course I am a little upset (more than a little upset) with a girl with a monotone voice on the phone saying I'm sorry without a hint of anything but this is my job I could careless. Puts me on hold for 10 minutes and comes back and says I don't have to pay the emergency rate. I ask if someone will come out this time or not get told someone will be there I ask if she is sure yes. Then it gets better a man calls me back and tells me I should not take it out on the call center with an angry attitudes towards me!! Oh I guess you would not be upset waiting 2 days and no one shows up with temps supposed to be in the 20s tonight. After that kind of service I told them not to bother because I doubt they would have showed up any way. If they do not come out for 2 days they should expect the person on the other end of the phone to be upset when they were promised ""someone will definitely be there on Saturday""! And to call back with an attitude towards me! I would never deal with this company again. I am moving and would have considered using them as a contract company in my new home but glad this happened because I will never use them again. BEFORE YOU ARE RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AGAINY MAYBE YOU SHOULD REMEMBER THE INTERNET. more

The men were all friendly and courteous. They had drop cloths to keep everything clean and wore protective booties on their feet. They cleaned up after they were done. They turned on the system to make sure it was working properly and also showed me how to run the system. I was pleased with the job well done. more

I highly recommend Lowry Services for any of your plumbing needs. When sewage was backing up into my basement they fixed it for a very reasonable price and in a very timely matter. They were able to get a clog out that a previous plumber couldn't find. more
