Car repair 5/21/2013

I had my radiator replaced. Lou's did a great job. This isn't the first major repair I've had done there. Every experience has been more than positive. They do excellent work at great prices and provide top notch service. more

car overheated and needed a radiator not a thermostat 5/16/2013

maintenance work was a total failure. Did maintenance two times at my expense and overheated twice and had towed in both times and the 2nd time spent night in Georgia. It was fixed there and we drove to Virginia. Another $579 and night at motel. Lou's mis-diagnosed and we paid. more

Hello Lou, Just want to let you know Francisco is great. The service he gave was wonderful. Please give me a call I would like to speak to you about my husbands experience with another one of your service persons you missed several hundreds of dollars because of him. I told my husband I wanted you to do all our work on our cars so I am glad I went back to try again and Francisco was there. Please give me a call. 813-356-8817.
