Went with Louies as they presented more options for our carpet needs. Installation went bad from the get go. Installer slammed roll of pad down upstairs which vibrated the ceiling hard enough downstairs to make glasses fall off shelves and break, my dining room light fixture to break and a family heirloom broken in a million pieces.\r

Then the seams clearly didn't match on a non match carpet and guy tried to make an excuse, for which I knew better. They didn't roll carpet into one door way the way they had in each of the other two rooms and again made a lame excuse for that and then tried to bring a industrial door stop to finish it out , which I refused. They also scratched our hardwood floor and tried to cover it up, but once I mopped the scratch is blatantly visible.\r

I had three bedrooms take 2 days for install, then had to wait 4 days for someone to come out to fix the problem ( I obviously requested a different installer), and then that crew walked in totally blind as to what needed done and with not all the tools to fix the problem. I had to loan them our dremel to do a cut in the doorway they messed up.\r

We were planning on putting our house on the market once the carpet was finished, but due to 4 down days for fix and a two week order in to replace the dining room light shades, won't be on the market for at least two weeks if item comes in on time.\r

I have asked for an adjustment to my final due, however not getting much done with that. Bottom line is NOT what I expected from Louies and will not recommend them nor be ordering the flooring for our new home which we will take possession of in two weeks. I advise people to proceed with caution before doing business here.
