Lott Cleaners & Laundry

I have used a lot of cleaners during my lifetime and found Lott Cleaners to be one of the best. I have been using them for 9 years now and have never had to complain about their service, except for the time, they lost one of my tops. When I told them, they didn't argue about it. Instead, they asked me how much I paid for it and refunded me the money I spent for the top. I don't imagine they can do that with everyone, but I had been a repeat customer for about a year and they must have known I wouldn't lie about something like that. They showed me that they were honest and cared about my business. They are always courteous and greet me like a friend when I walk in. They have been that way from the first time I ever used them. They still amaze me at the way they are able to get any kind of stain out of my clothes. They are a bit pricey, but, hey.... you get what you pay for these days, and the quality of cleaning they do is well worth paying their asking price. Pros: Fast service, good quality, and very friendly Cons: Wish their parking lot had lines on it, because some of the customers park crazy there. more

I purchased a nice expensive jacket in Dec 06 to wear to Delaware. When I got home I spilled something on it. I took it to Country Cleaners and they did not clean it. I took it to Lott's and the guy and I looked over the jacket and I showed him the stain on front. No problem.. I go back in and bring the jacket home, then when I opened the cover, my husband said it smelled from cleaning fluid or whatever. I noticed it too. Well the next day I fell and fractured my back and was in the hospital, when I got out I took my jacket out to wear it. It was all melted on the edges and the material was worn off on the shoulders and neck. I took it in then to Lotts. The guy tried to convince me it was like that before.. looks like a rodent had eaten it. The spot was still there. He was adamant about doing nothing. I ask do you actually think I could have worn this jacket - it had holes and fabric worn off. It was not like that when I took it in. I promise to Jehovah I do not lie, I did not expect him to do anything. I told him ""I knew you would say that"". he said ""Well then why did you come in, in the first place?"" Well - I have a bad habit of thinking all people are good and will try to be honest in business, I expected him to tell the truth and recognize that this was done at his facility and face up to it.\r I did not expect my $300.00 returned from a jacket only 4 months old. Not from him anyway. I will continue to warn customers and my friends about his attitude and the way it was handled. I had to throw the jacket away. this is a good cleaners, especially if your'e in a hurry. I brought in alot of clothes at 11:00 and they had all of it cleaned and pressed with very good quality at 4:30 the same day. Also, all of the stains came out, and they fixed a tear in my pants that I didn't even tell them about. good place. Pros: fast and good quality Cons: none that i know of more

They get my collars clean, and I think my shirts are whiter now than when I bought them. that's a first for me when using a cleaners. Pros: personal, professional employees Cons: a bit on the expensive side, but not too much. more

I am new to city search, but I have to brag on my cleaners. Lott Cleaners is not only has the fastest service I have ever seen, they also do excellent cleaning & tailoring. One of the best things is the bag they give you, it has all your info on it, so you just toss the bag on the counter & tell them when you want to pick it up. Lastly, they remembered my name the second time I came in, and carried my entire order out to the car and I didn't even ask them for the favor. Overall, the best cleaners I've ever been to, and the last cleaners I'll ever go to. Pros: personal service, very good cleaning Cons: sometimes too busy more
