On auto delivery and ran out of oil last night. Called Lorden at midnight, got very rude response. Lordon charged us $200 for delivery and gave us only 100 gallons. Said we owed money, but we do not because we have always paid on time for over 10 years. Office called next day and was even more rude, said we owed for service contract which we paid last June. Because of that, they knowingly allowed us to run out of oil. They tried to blame it on computer glitch. That is outrageous and dangerous--letting us run out of oil in winter! We fired them and got a new service provider within an hour.
