That's the phrase that kept coming to mind when I thought about this summer's projects. I've been using them, almost exclusively, over many years and endorse them without reservation. The only time I ever had a problem was when I DIDN”T use them! A prior roofer wanted 5x as much as Lockhart, so I thought it would be 5x better. Not only was the roof not up to code, but I didn't get everything I paid for. Expensive mistake! It needed to be redone - so I called Lockhart. The roof was part of a larger project this summer including siding, shutters, gutters, doors, some replacement windows, and the elimination of a few windows entirely - requiring some insulation and drywall. Lockhart did it all! Everything was overseen and guided to completion, every concern addressed, every question answered, every personal decision change (color of shutters, siding, etc) acknowledged with patience and I couldn't be happier with the results! I recommend them without any reservations. more

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this business. Had an entire roof replaced, very expensive job and found it to be both slow in getting anything done but very poor workmanship. Took them 9 months to "finish" the work, left the job site a mess, The roof leaks in several spots and now there is a lot of damage to the home due to the leaks..beware if you use this contractor. more

This company has went over and beyond with helping me with my roofing issue. As a widow it's very hard to find reliable contractors. The young man that answered the phone was so helpful and they came right out to check out my leak. My roof was 19 years old and I can't believe how this new roof has brought my house to life! It was a perfect color and it doesn't even look like the same home. I was very concerned above my flowers getting trampled but the crew leader Eric took such good care of my landscaping. I'm so happy with my decision and I plan on having my siding done soon and I know who I'll be calling. Ellen more

Lockhart roofing recently installed vinyl siding and trim on our home, i can not believe how good it looks! its like a total transfer from cedar shake siding to vinyl siding.i would recommend them to any one who needs new siding.they also replaced our roof 5-years ago and its still looking great! now everything is complete with the roof and new siding. we are really happy. more

.I had lockhart roofing replace my leaky gutters on my house anf garage .the gutters look and work great! they installed leafproof gutter covers on my new gutters,so i wont have to climb a ladder to clean my gutters any more.they really work great! i am very satisfied with the work,very professional job. more

When an ice storm ripped off our gutters and downspout, we called Lockhart who responded quickly and gave us the best pricing. They did a great job - even though they were working in below zero temps and fighting with ice and snow. However, a friend of ours called to have her gutters replaced this summer and the young guys who were sent out to do it, messed them up and it took several visits to repair their mistake. She also had to have her roof replaced and there were some mistakes on that as well. So while our experience was good - I have heard some negative feedback from other customers who have used them. more
