My garage door had a broken spring about 3 weeks ago. I called this garage door company after reading positive reviews; I'm pleased to further recommend their services. John promptly came out, same day service. He fixed the original problem, and when trying to re-connect the garage door opener...we were presented with another problem, which was related to the original install of the opener. John tried to remedy the situation at the time with another motor, but we found out the model opener I had does not have an "anything' replacement part...and needed a direct from manufacturer motor. This was easier found, than actually finding! Stuck for a bit, this garage door company and John took extra time to track down the motor and even going so far as to contact multiple businesses for a replacement part. In the end, the unit was actually under warranty and a replacement part was sent from the manufacturer. This process took a while, but not due to any delay from this garage door company. When the motor arrived, John was quickly at the house to install...while also making necessary adjustments to the door to make it even better. During the delay in receiving the part, this garage door company did not charge...nor mention charging...until the "complete" repair was done. Highly impressed with John and the professionalism of this garage door company. 5 stars...with a better than strong recommendation. more

My garage door opener stopped working on Monday morning. I called Steven and from the get go it was a great experience. Before he even offered to come out he had me check a couple of common problems. Unfortunately, it was not a common problem, however, Steven made it out to my house the same day to check things out further. He attempted to swap out the motor which did not fix the problem. Finally, he tried switching out the logic board with a scrap one he had in his truck. This didn't fix the problem either, which meant that the opener was dead. Steven gave me a few options for replacements. I could buy my own and he would install it for a hundred bucks, or he could get me a professional liftmaster for a bit more. I opted for the belt driven professional liftmaster so it would be more quiet. Steven came back out on Friday since I was having other work done and would be home. He showed up on time, and had everything installed and tweaked in a couple hours. When he was done he walked me through the whole system and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the new unit happy. I was incredibly happy with the work done and would recommend Steven to anyone needing garage door repairs or installations. more

So if you need a garage door installed, call these guys... don't try to do it yourself (like i did). After two months of trying to put in a garage door opener; i gave up doing half the work and countless trips to Lowe's I checked the internet and called these guys. They gave me a good price as i explained all that i had done and didn't want to pay full price... These guys are great. Rick picked up first time I called and we set up an appointment. Juilo one of the main installers came out the next day; and Bam! Professional service and very courteous. they also guarantee their work which is nice! more

I've found out the hard way that you usually end up paying extra in the service industry for: reliability, punctuality, pleasant demeanor, good craftsmanship. Luckily, there are businesses and people like Johnny which are still willing to provide all of this at a not only reasonable but beat the entire competitor’s price. more

Colon was professional and timely. The company I've used in the past couldn't squeeze me in for days and the technician was a little creepy. I called Colon and he was here within hours and fixed the door I thought I was going to have to replace. He also made a few adjustments that made it work even better than it was working before I jammed into it with my SUV (door was not fully opened but looked like it was...bummer). His prices were extremely reasonable and he was simply a nice guy. Will definitely be calling him for future repairs and when I have to replace the doors eventually. Highly recommend! more

My 2nd time using this Company in 18 months (both times - user error) and I must say they are the best. Told me they'd arrive at 1:30 and at 1:28 our doorbell rang. Steven (Tech) took time to explain what needed to be done as well as mentioned he would try to save me some money once he had a closer look at the problem. Sure enough, 30 minutes later - the repair was complete and unlike most service companies, he didn't have to replace every movable part! Very fair price and the door works great. Before leaving, he also outlined some preventative maintenance tips that will extend the life of the door. more
