I should never have walked onto the lot. I found a car I very much like but I should have come back the next day after checking the blue book values for the cars in question. They gave me $500 less than the trade-in value on KBB, and the price they started with on my newer car was at least $10K over the used car value. I highly recommend that, if you actually deal with them, do your research and negotiate hard. more

Their personnel are very personable and made this experience my best car purchase to date. Aside from getting a great car that I love, James worked with me to make sure I am comfortable with all aspects of the deal. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

I'm an out of State buyer. Should have walked away at the beginning, Jeremy O'Grady( internet salesman) did not phone me back after I put in an offer.I Phoned back two days later and he stated he forgot. Gave I'm a bank draft, and as it was a holiday said he had to wait until it cleared then did not phone me back. Once Jeremy received monies for vehicle, customer service became non-existent. Missing part on roof rack was promised to be replaced before I picked up vehicle, needless to say it was not even ordered when I picked vehicle up two weeks latter. I was then told it was going to be shipped to me, surprise surprise part never showed up. I've received better customer service buying a pack of gum. Lithia says it prides itself on customer satisfaction, I only dealt with Jeremy O'Grady however if individuals like this are hired by the company I would take my business elsewhere. more

Dodge Dealership in REnton-Don't go there 6/20/2005

I am very unhappy with the service I received at this dealership. My husband and I purchased a new vehicle from that dealership. Our purchase included a manifacturer rebate in the amount of $900.00 that the dealership was going to submit the papers for. We waited for several months for the rebate and when we did not hear back from the dealership we called them and inquired about it. They gave us the run-around, transfering us to different people all the while telling us that we should be patient and the rebate is still coming. Six months later, still no rebate but they completely stopped returning our calls even though their manager bravely volunteered a couple of months before: "Even if we have to pay you this rebate out of our own pocket we will honor our obligation!". No such luck! In the meantime they let go all the employees that used to work there 6 monthes ago so now it's too hard to figure out who promised what to who. We were actually very happy with our Dodge truck but we would never go back to them with repeat business. more
