This office is wonderful!! Starting with the front office. They have AMAZING customer service! They are quick to greet you as you walk in the door and make you feel extremely comfortable. The assistants are all very kind and seem to genuinely care. I did not have to wait in the lobby before I was brought back for my appointment. All my financial options were explained in a detailed manner, and I was also given a gift card for myself and a friend or family member. Cant beat that!! \r I would definitely recommend this office. more

This dental office committs FRAUD!!! I had one visit and my insurance paid for the visit. I had cleaning done, xrays, and an upper and lower impression done. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks worth of impressions and tweeking to make a new set of dentures. I only had the one visit, again my insurance paid for it and they charged me $560.00 for goods and services that I never received. To make matters worse, they stated that I came in for service for dates that I was never there and charged me for it. I was there for one visit only. This has been a mental and financial nightmare for me. I would absolutely stay as far away from this dental office as possible. Melissa Vinings, the office manager files fraudulent claims and takes advantage of CareCredit to make money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! more

Worst Dentist Office Ever 5/19/2012

I can't even rate them 1 star! To start off I went in to the office in Nov. of 2011 for Exam and to get my Root Canal and Crown scheduled, I could not get in until Jan of 2012. So I set up the visit and had to pay in full up front! So I go in to my first visit and they took 4 hours to do root canal and to start crown and realize that they can’t do the crown because of infection, so they sent me home with antibiotics and some Tylenol w/ codeine. Come to find out I’m allergic to them and ended up in the emergency room later that night. So 2 weeks go by and it’s time for another visit to finish crown. So they prep my tooth and fit me for a temp crown. So I’m sent home and said it could be 30 days. So 30 days go by and no call, so I took it upon myself to call and it was ready. I got in for my 3rd visit and the crown does not fit, so they fit me for another temp and send for a new crown. 4th visit comes and I go in to get it put on again and does not fit! So another temp was done, well this temp stayed on for maybe 2 weeks and finally falls off while eating and it breaks in half. So at this point in time I filed a claim and will have to get my tooth pulled because of it decaying! O yes and still after all this the root canal was not done right and still have roots to the tooth! more

Walking into this dental office starts your experience out the right way, with happy helpful staff in the front. The experience got better from there as you go into the back to meet the assistants and doctors. I am severly afraid of needles and my experience was virtually pain free, made even better by the caring and understanding assistants, who made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I am just like everyone else who dosnt necessarily love going to the dentist but if you want an experience as good and comfortable as possible, Lillian Miller Dental is the office to go to. I would reccomend them to my friends and family , and already have! more

The staff is extremely friendly and caring. I am anxious about needles and the doctor was very gentle with administering the shots. It was virtually painless and I couldn't feel anything. Also, my hygienist is amazing. She is thorough and always gives me helpful feedback. more

Don't trust your mouth to these people! 11/19/2011

I should have read these reviews before walking into the practice. I had to pay for two crowns up front, before they started the work. Against my better judgment, I was prepped for two crowns and then my teeth were cleaned on the same day. When I developed an infection, I discovered that although they advertise 24 hour emergency care there is only an answering machine. The message says they will get back to you on the next business day. Neither temporary crown has lasted more than two weeks, and it will be at least two more weeks before the permanent crowns are ready. When the first temporary came off it could not be refitted. I was given the choice of having my healthy opposing tooth ground down or going through another crown preparation - grinding, string below the gum line for impressions, and a new temporary. I went through the second choice and have developed a second infection. It is Saturday, and there is no help til the next business day. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. more

horrible service 11/1/2011

I took my son here because he broke an adult tooth which falls under my medical insurance. They sent me to a peridontist; which was great. When I came back to do the crown, they wanted me to have (and pay for) another evaluation appt--even though they still have the original treatment plan. The office manager REFUSED to speak to me when I wanted to go over the forms I would need since I would be filing this myself on my medical insurance. The staff changes constantly and I have to call and reexplain my situation over and over while asking for the office manager to please call me. more

Do not finance with them 4/28/2011

This company ran my credit card for multiple amounts of money upwards in the thousands of dollars because of an error on there part with my insurance company and lack of comminication within there business. They continued to run my card for about 7 times my bank said until they got an approval for 1000 that was not spendable money. they never got my approval to do this and this put me in a very bad financial bind. whatever you do dont finance with them. pay them upfront or go somewhere else with a better accounting/financeing department! more

This was first visit to Lillian Miller and it was a decent visit. Processing went smoothly and xrays were taken quickly and available for the exam. Dental Technician was pleasant and very knowledgable. more

i agree with these other '1s'-if I could rate a ZERO, I would. This is by far the worst 'doctor' practice I've ever been to in my entire life! I went in for two small fillings, and while i was 'under the knife' they gave me three!!! The doctor's response after it was over, was 'well, you told the technician you needed them on # 9,15, and 31.' ??????? I DIDN'T GO TO DENTISTRY SCHOOL A-HOLE!! I said I thought it was one or two of those numbers. They should have checked the damn chart before performing this!! \r \r THEN they gave me a horrible root canal which I had to have redone because 1. Dr.Kim didn't get all my dental tissue out of the canals, and 2. he didn't sufficiently clean the canals causing a bacterial infection in each root. When I went to another dentist to get it redone, he discovered that the Lillian Miller doctors had broken off a piece of metal equipment in my canal and didn't even tell me! \r \r They also put too much glue underneath my crown and it didn't sit right in my mouth. Their 'fix it' solution was shaving it down to a flat, sharp edge in my mouth.\r \r After threatening to take legal action, they appeased me by writing me a check for my trouble (which didn't cover lost wages, the second root canal, or pain and suffering). In exchange for this measley check, I had to sign a form agreeing that I wouldn't sue. \r \r I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES!!!! more

Deep cleaning was Awesome 4/4/2011

Was greeted by two awesome individuals at the front counter that were very helpful. The waiting room was so comfortable, there was a spouse waiting and he was napping. The TV was not too loud either. I was brought back to have my teeth cleaned by a wonderful dental technician. She even warned me when something was gonna taste nasty...and she was right. She did an awesome job cleaning and taking pictures of my teeth. They were all very helpful and a joy to be a part of my day. more
