The staff at the Lightfoot Office helped with scheduling and reviewed a service plan so the system could be checked out.
Carlos called ahead of time, gave a window for arrival, and when he arrived went right to work. He knows his job. In future service calls, I'll use Lightfoot Mechanical and request Carlos!
It is so good to know that the needed work is done well and with people that make time to care at all levels of this company. Thank You for such high quality work, fairness in cost, and exhibiting trustworthy character traits not often found in today's business world. I know who to call for future A/C repairs and upgrades!
