Lifetime Hearing Clinic

My 94-year-old Dad recently went to Lifetime Hearing to have his hearing tested. I was impressed to see a display in the reception area of an easy-to-operate captioned phone which we could order for my father. Dr. Dooley and everyone on her staff were patient and professional with Dad. Instead of just saying ""You're so-and-so percent deaf in this ear,"" she showed him a diagram of his hearing loss in each ear. Dr. Dooley and the Lifetime Hearing Clinic are wonderful. Unfortunately I did not purchase my hearing aids from Heather but I learned from my mistake and now Lifetime Hearing Clinic is where I go. I have a very nice pair of hearing aids but as with all electronics, they donâ??t last forever. One of my hearing aids stopped working about a year ago so I took it to Lifetime Hearing Clinic. Even though I did not buy my hearing aid from them, they were happy to send it off for repair. The turnaround time was faster than I had expected. \r \r Recently my other hearing aid stopped working so I took it to Lifetime Hearing Clinic. The issue was something that Heather nor Starkey had seen before. Heather was persistent and did get the issue corrected. I really appreciate Heather going the extra mile.
