Place is so busy it seems like it was out of control the service. Don't know what, who's next. and what they are there for...not enough person to help for glasses...

Great staff - limited frame choices 6/18/2011

Everyone was great - efficient, friendly. My only issue - lack of choices for frames. I would have bought new glasses but now will have to go elsewhere. more

purchasing glasses 6/18/2011

I was quoted a price for a pair of glasses several weeks ago and the quote that was given to me was wrong (lower than it should have been). I shopped several other places and couldn't beat the "wrong" quote that was given to me. When I went back to purchases the glasses, the correct pricing was given to me by another employee. Bottom line, you stood by the "wrong" quote given to me and you now have a customer for life and will tell all my story. more

Dr. Heimlich and his staff continue to provide comprehensive and attentive service to all their patients. They are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make people feel comfortable. They always aim to please and work with patients to make sure their eye care is outstanding, whether it is an exam, glass fitting or contact information, they are always terrific. more

Every time I make an appointment for Michael it comes back on my email as me requesting. It did work for Nicholas. You still need to work on the glitch. Otherwise I like this concept. more

Great Service- Highly recommend 5/26/2011

I came in with the feeling of something in my eye and Dr Dowell told me that I indeed had something lodged in my eye. He got it out in a matter of seconds! I was impressed by his professional manner and character! I will be definetly be coming back and bringing my family! They are great! more
