I used Liberty Realty to find a rental in Hoboken and they were very professional. The agent I worked with knew the area well and showed me a total of 10 or 12 properties over several days before I selected one. There was plenty of inventory to chose from and the move-in process was also handled well by the company. I would recommend Liberty Realty. more

Unprofessional and unlawful agency. They show Carla Nicole property- 151 Sip Ave- which incidentally is also a terrible office. Liberty Realty entered my apartment in JC several times without notice and without permission. Courtesy aside, it's unlawful. The realty agent also left the light on in my kitchen and living room... that's how I knew they went in while I away. They also didnt lock my door. Unbelievable. When confronted, the rep said "I'll make a note of it, that agents should call you before entering you apartment!" What a shady agency! How do you not know NJ law that it's unlawful to just enter an apartment without even calling. AND, how rude it it to just leave the lights on as if you own my place! How rude to not even lock my door after you unlawfully enter. more

Another one of the frequent real estate places in Hoboken. They are similar to castle point realty in what they have to offer, which is more houses, and less selection for apartments. I've noticed that they didn't pay too much attention to what my needs were. I waited a long time even after my questionaire was filled out. Afterwards, however, the lady offered to show me a couple of places around the corner. Too bad that both apartments were underground and didn't offer any appeal if the weather were to become really bad. I'd recommend them in your search for apartments though, because it really depends on timing about what they have in stock. Who knows, you might just get lucky. more
