Did not fix AC problem and would not refund money. I feel a business should have integrity to either fix the problem they said they would fix or refund your money.

Great place to take your vehicle 4/15/2009

I've been seeking a business like Adolf Hoepfl & Son Garage for 12 years. It's the combination of taking care of my car and caring about me as a client that makes them so special. I recently had some major work done on my vehicle and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Also, it’s an excellent choice for routine maintenance. When you visit, make sure to ask about the history of the Garage. It has an interesting and rich history in the Houston area. Pros: Quality of work and customer service more

Truly honest people to do business with 4/7/2009

After having several minor things tended to on my car at this facility, I have found the owners to be truly trustworthy people that care for the safety of my family by making sure my vehicle is in road ready condition. Not only do they fix those items I bring to their attention, but they also have the keen eye to spot other things that need attention. The owners and technicians care about my family and I appreciate that! Pros: Owners and staff you can trust more

Excellent mechanics, honest and fair auto repair garage 11/24/2008

I'd heard from several of neighbors in Shepherd Park Plaza that Adolf Hoepfl was an excellent, trustworthy auto repair garage. Their service and mechanical expertise is far above par. They do not nickel and dime me to death. Whenever we take our late model vehicles in for repair or maintenance they let us know what the problem is in a timely manner along with a fair estimate of the cost. They'll tell you what work needs to be done now and what can wait. They also give me a ride home for free when I need to leave my car there. They have our business and I'll continue to refer Adolf Hoepfl to everyone. Pros: trustworthy, skilled mechanics Cons: hard to pronounce Hoepfl more

Great auto repair shop. Fast repairs and great customer service. 4/11/2007

I would not take my cars anywhere else. The people at this shop do great work at a fair price. I have been doing business there for more than two years. They do all kinds of work from rebuilding engines to fixing windows that don't roll up and down, plus all the other maintenance stuff. Pros: Very customer oriented.
