They treated us fairly, did not employ ANY hard sell tactics and executed the sales transaction in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. we didn't sit there for 90 minutes waiting to see the finance manager). We talked to Paul on the phone before driving over to Poulsbo and they stood behind everything they agreed to on the phone. Then, we worked with Sean Green at the dealership and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He sent pictures of us with our new car and gave a personal touch to our purchasing experience.
