This is the best place to go. They are caring and they love pets. Everyone complains if there pet dies while in someone else’s care. Bottom line is if you decline blood work and a physical work up before they go under anesthesia you are taking a chance. I would never put my animal under without a workup. It is just like when you go in for surgery. You just don't see the cost because you have insurance. These people try and cove all of the bases. Don't blame other people because you did not want to pay for the workup, you cut costs and it is not the vets, or staff that is at fault. This place is the best.\r
