Rude with lack of Respect 2/12/2011

We have always purchased our tires from Les Schwab and received exceptional service however there is always a few bad apples in the tree and Woody at the 23110 Hwy 99 store in Edmonds is one of them. As I was waiting for my car I watched as an elderly woman came in and asked about new tires for her car, I have never seen someone treated so rudely. She left without purchasing any tires and I am sure she went somewhere else where she could be treated with respect. This store has some truely great guys but Woody isn't one of them. It's a pity Les Schwab doesn't realize this guy is costing them business as well as their reputation. Until this store gets rid of Woody I would go to any other Les Schwab. As a customer you deserve to be treated with respect and why a store would keep someone who is so rude is beyond me. more

RCW 46.71 is for a reason 4/22/2009

We took our Mazda in today for brake service. Actually, we dropped it off last night and never received an estimate or anything sans handing over the keys to our car and getting a little attitude from the mechanic since it was the end of the business day. This morning we get a call around 10 a.m. that the car was done and we could come and pick it up. The amount was what we had expected to pay, however, we were concerned that they hadn't called to give us the estimate first or get authorization on the work being done before they even started working on the car. When we went to pick up the car later in the day we were met by 5 of the employees and the receptionist who all seemed annoyed that were there. We asked to speak with the manager and one of the 5 mechanics stepped forward and asked what our issue was. We explained that it's legally not ok to do the work w/o authorization from the customer and w/o providing an estimate first. Woody leaned forward and asked us what we'd like him t more
