We took our Mazda in today for brake service. Actually, we dropped it off last night and never received an estimate or anything sans handing over the keys to our car and getting a little attitude from the mechanic since it was the end of the business day. This morning we get a call around 10 a.m. that the car was done and we could come and pick it up. The amount was what we had expected to pay, however, we were concerned that they hadn't called to give us the estimate first or get authorization on the work being done before they even started working on the car. When we went to pick up the car later in the day we were met by 5 of the employees and the receptionist who all seemed annoyed that were there. We asked to speak with the manager and one of the 5 mechanics stepped forward and asked what our issue was.
