On and off quality here in this big box store. They used to have a good manager, now they don't. I had them replace the defective lenses in my $400+ pair of single vision glasses 3 times!. It was done free but the hassle of driving to the mall to do that every few months was a waste of my time. The lenses never fit well in the first place. They were in over their heads and no technical expertise to solve the problem. Worse yet - no customer service followup: How about a free pair of glasses to make up for all of this trouble???? Pros: Good selection of sunglasses Cons: Poor inconsistent quality control and fitting expertise more
