Absolute breeze 7/6/2011

Just had some transmission work done there today, these guys are an absolute breeze to work with every time. Always get me in and out quickly, and at excellent prices IMO. more

No other place I will take my car 7/1/2011

I decided to bring my car to LSS to get an alignment after my suspension upgrade. All I can say is that there is no other place I will take my car than LSS. more

Pleasant to deal with 6/27/2011

I felt like I received a fair price on my new Subaru. Kevin our salesperson was cordial on the whole and pleasant to deal with. The facility is on the new side and pretty nice. I hear their service department is good. more

The sales staff was willing to work with me over the phone as I needed to help a family member who lived locally buy a car. They took my calls seriously, were very accommodating, and took care of my family member when she picked up the car. I got fair market value for the car. Greatly appreciated. more

I was so pleased with everyone at Lee's Summit Subaru. I had visited many dealerships when searching for my new vehicle. Your dealership was respectful and curtious. I had been treated like a dumb woman from many of the other dealerships and everyone from start to finish was so good to my husband and I. I felt that y our staff went above and beyond to help me purchase my pefect car. more

Everyone involved with this purchase was extremely helpful. Courtney was exceptional with her presentation of knowledge and background. Patrick is your most valued employee. I am MORE than excellently satisfied with the service I recieved at Lee's Summit Subaru. Joshua and Patrick did an excellent job in answering my questions and helping me to meet the bottom line. The whole experience was fast, informative, efficient and painless. Also, the lady salesman who took me on the off-road test drive was excellent too... I couldn't believe the off road capabilities you showed me before the purchase... that was by far the best part--going off road to purchase a vehicle!! It sold me when she parked sideways down a hill with only 3 tires on the ground! I love my Outback. Thank you. more

I would like to say Patrick, Josh and Johnny were all three top notch. I will not hesitate to send my frineds and family to Lee's Summit Subaru. When you spend near or over 40,000 dollars for a car you come to expect a level of service above and beyond the norm. LSS delivered that service level and has exceeded my expectations. My delivery experience was spot on, Josh was knowledgeable about the uncommon car I had purchased and was able to quickly answer my questions about the functionality amd toys included in my Subaru. All forms of communication and the expectations were clearly communicated by patrick and Josh. Johnny was able to answer my questions about financing and even saved me a piont of interest with a coupon he had in the que. I was happy with the upsell pitch and responded in kind. Thanks you again for the absolute best new car purchase experience. more

impressed 4/29/2011

I just wish I had done this sooner! This weekend was the first time I ever drove an AWD with anti lock brakes in snow. I admit that I am a sissy in winter weather. This car impressed me so much. I felt like I was driving on dry pavement instead of inches of snow. Thank you Team Lee's Sumit Subaru! more

After visiting your dealership the first time, I was extremely impressed with your inventory and the warm welcome. A few days after, I contacted Jaime in order to negotiate a vehicle purchase. Jaime was on a day off awaiting the good news for his unborn child. He called me back within 5 minutes and we started the negotiation. From his home, we agreed on a price that I consider to be an exceptional value - one that I would have had considerable difficulty duplicating elsewhere. Jaime was very responsive, attentive, honest and straight forward. He responded very well to my demand with high respect. Once we agreed, he offered to halt his day off and adjust his schedule to my convenience. I was impressed with Lee's Summit Subaru and will certainly come back. more

Lee's Summit Subaru is obviously much more than a car dealer 4/13/2011

Now, the good stuff. I know I'm about to cover familiar ground for many, but to those who haven't had the pleasure of working withthese folks -- I'm reiterating the facts as they stand: Chris, Kyle, Robert and Patrick (and others, I'm sure) are exceptional in their respective fields of expertise and service. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. Lee's Summit Subaru is obviously much more than a car dealer. I really cannot provide a more earnest endorsement of their quality of service. I joked with Robert on the way out that I'd add them to my Christmas card list next year. Well, I'm brining them out a card tomorrow. more

The BEST sales transaction I have experienced in the forty plus years of purchasing vehicles in Kansas City and other markets. The amazing part is that Patrick Steiner and his team at Lee's Summit Subaru treated my wife and me to top notch service in spite of the fact that our ""sale"" was arranged through Subaru's employee purchase plan. Patrick was extremely helpful from the beginning and his professionalism was a constant even after we picked up our 2009 Forester. He is an asset to your organization and is surely one of the key factores to your success. I will gladly refer anyone who is interested in a Subaru to your dealership. more
