I just wish I had done this sooner! This weekend was the first time I ever drove an AWD with anti lock brakes in snow. I admit that I am a sissy in winter weather. This car impressed me so much. I felt like I was driving on dry pavement instead of inches of snow. Thank you Team Lee's Sumit Subaru! more

Also huge thanks to Chris for getting it all done in one day. You guys rock. Basically, they had to fix my tranny after another shop couldn't get it right. They (the other shop) got it stuck in first gear leaving me with trailering it from Indiana to KC. more

We purchased a Forester for our ""weekend"" car and not too long ago noticed that we were taking IT everywhere on the week days as well. Its fun to drive, great in the snow (as well as the trips we take out to Colorado) and sips gas. We went back and got a (2nd)Tribeca. Now we all get to share in the fun. We were treated super at the dealership. It has easy acess from the highway, is clean, well lit and has friendly employees. Service dept. is solid too. I can't tell you how nice it is to buy from a dealership that I have a relationship with. Good job folks! more

best part 5/3/2012

The best part was all the time they saved me and my family. Almost everything was done thru email and phone conversation. When we showed up for delivery it took about an hour to sign paperwork and get a full rundown of what all the buttons and switches do. more

My salesperson knew more about the Subaru product than the other 2 stores I visited combined. The finance department helped me save $800 over my bank AND provided me with an extended warranty at a much lower cost than I could find anywhere on the net (with more coverage)! more

Extremely rude sales manager 8/9/2011

I would give no stars if I could. My husband and I were pleased enough working with Courtney, but when we finally made an offer on a car, the sales manager came to ""talk"" with us and basically just told us we didn't know what we were doing, and all we cared about was money. I can't believe he thought it was appropriate to yell at potential customers. We bought an Outback from another dealer later the same day. I have never been treated so appallingly in my life. more

Every single time I have dealt with Service Dept I have had great experience. Terry is great guy, Chris is just a badass tech. Prices are always fair and work is top notch. I am glad there is a dealership that is honest and does excellent work in a fast manner. more

Very friendly 8/4/2011

I spoke with Matt yesterday. Very friendly and great price. I'm headed over after lunch today to pick these up. (Maybe I should order a wingless truck lid too?) I've got to get one for each side thought after I lost the driver side one at MAM. (I lost the passenger side one about a month ago.) Front straightaway at just about the start/finish line so I think I was somewhere around 90 when it came out. Didn't bother me that much, but the kid in the Neon behind me didn't think it was that great. Wish I had video. Anyways, thanks Matt, and I'll see you later today. more

Pleasant surprise 8/2/2011

I purchased a new '11 Forester this weekend from James, whom I found to be attentive, responsive and friendly. There was very little 'rigamaroo' during the negotiation, which I appreciated. It was a pleasant surprise to find a local dealership that I could do business with. more

Hey Everybody, Just ordered my second WRX from LSS and was told of this site. My wife and I have been working with Courtney and it's been a real nice experience thus far. Lost my first WRX in an accident last summer; got t-boned a week after I put about 1,500 dollars of maintenance into it for the 60K mileage stuff. Yes, that's right, it was a 2003 silver sedan bugeye with just over 60k miles that I got when it was pretty much new. For my second one we ordered a premium hatchback in silver with a few other goodies. Can't wait for it. more
