This shop has top notch people and the work is superior. They are the most honest group I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lee's has taken my car for 5 years now and they keep my Honda running great. more

I have done business in the past with this place and they seemed to be honest and knowledgeable. However, my last trip was not the case. They put on a used computer on my Civic which I was OK with, a dealer wanted an exorbitant amount for a new one. It did not fix the problem which was pointed out to me that may not. Another garage which did not specialize in Honda repair pressurized my emission system and found the problem right away. An O ring which was of no charge and I was only out of an hour labor. The garage owner said this was an elementary problem and could have diagnosed before the new computer by Lee and new sensor's by the dealer. Not a very professional thing to do by the dealer or Lee's. more

Reliable work 1/13/2011

Lee's has always done me right. They completed work on my Accord that another shop said they could not do. I was sold after that and have never looked back. We are a 4 Honda family. more

Lee's Specialtee Llc is the BEST! 12/8/2009

Lee Specialtee is simply the Best. He has been servicing my Hondas since we moved to Knoxville...almost 14 years now. Luckily someone told me about him...his reputation is his best advertisement. Mark is extremely knowledgable and honest, and his staff provides that same quality service. I won't go anywhere else. more

ONLY Lee's gets MY business!! 7/20/2007

This place is awesome! They have worked on my Honda ever since I got it and thanks to them it has 200,500 miles on it and STILL GOING STRONG! They are VERY honest - VERY honest - I cannot stress that enough. They will tell you if something is an "emergency" or if it can wait a little. Their prices are very reasonable - that was the reason I went there the first time, and their AWESOME mechanical service as well as customer service keeps me coming back. I, as well as my mother-in-law, drive from Maryville to have Mark and Co. work on our cars. Mark Lee and his mechanics are a blessing!!!!! When I write my check, I always tell them that I am happy to give them the money, and back in Feb I dropped about $1400 on them (major routine maintenance plus other little things) and was happy to write THAT check too! They deserve every penny they get and MORE. I brought them cupcakes the next day also. I will *never* take my car to anyone else. I am not going to "cheat" on them with some "other" me more

Best place in town to take your Honda. 10/28/2005

Lee works with Hondas and Acuras. That is it, so he really is an expert. I took my first Honda there in 1995. Most recently I needed a new radiator on a 94. He knew which aftermarket (ie cheaper) company made the best radiator at the best price to replace it most economically. ($200 cheaper than the dealer's radiator). When possible, He also will say "you have another 3 months on those cv joints' or what ever major repair is coming up (give you time to save up). You will need to ask for a service appointment if you want typical dealer maintanence. He pretty much just checks what you ask him to, and what he sees. VERY TRUST WORTHY and VERY NICE. more
