I am currently involved in a transaction and Leader Mortgage is the lender. James Godwin is handling the transaction. I am in the real estate business and deal with a lot of lenders. These guys have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have no communication with any of parties involved and are very shady with what they want to tell you. I have had to extend the sales contract 3 times, because these guys can't give me a closing date. We were supposed to close over a month ago and still no closing. Please BEWARE AND EXPLORE OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE CONSIDERING WAISTING YOU TIME WITH THEM!!!\r
