Little would someone know who passed this non-descript white building with the red door that inside was some of the best Tex-Mex food. Located on the edge of downtown under an i-10 overpass, there is no sign to tell you what is inside.
The inside dining area has a few booths and tables, and a small bar right inside the door. The outside patio is where all the action is. There is a nice covered patio area with tables. At night there is live music playing, either on the deck or on the stage out back. This place rocks! Check out the website for the menu and live music schedule. The Last Concert is open Monday - Friday from 11am until 2pm for lunch, and food is served Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm - 10:30pm for dinner. On weekends, food is served from 5pm - 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday, and from 3pm - 9pm on Sunday. The bar is open until 2am.
The food is excellent! I highly recommend the tacos or the chicken quesadillas.
