On time, excellent work, professional, as quoted and promised. Gentlemanly tech did a great job as the painting of my house was behind schedule and he had to work around my chaos. Follow up from office polite and courteous too. I highly recommend this company, and I have not been able to say that in over 25 years here in NM. more

I'd never had such great service 10/23/2009

I have had my carpets cleaned numerous times by different companies but until I called Guillermo and Emilio I had never had such great customer service. I was planning on having the carpet in a room replaced but Guillermo convinced me to let him try to clean the 15 year old stains. The carpet looks great and I now don’t have to replace it after all and saved me a ton of money. They not only did a terrific job on my carpets and couches but they gave me great advice on the care and maintenance of all my floors. I would highly recommend Guilllermo and Emilio to anyone needing their carpets, couches and floors cleaned or looking for advice on what to install in your home or how to maintain your flooring clean. more

Great Carpet Cleaning 7/25/2009

Outstanding job. They cleaned all our carpets like never before. FiberCare was careful, thorough, and meticulous. Their attitude was very positive and friendly. We'll hire them again when the carpets need cleaning. Guillermo and Emilio, thanks for a great job! more
