Did a good job but very expensive 9/28/2015

I own a lot of rental units in Las Vegas and have been searching for an AC company that will do my repairs for me. Larson will not be that company because like most AC companies in Las Vegas the gouge the customer with extremely high pricing. In fact they charged me $300 more for a fan motor than any other company I have ever used for the same service. I can not complain about their work quality but they advertise on their web page as being a low cost AC service company when in fact they are the highest priced company I have found RESPONSE FROM Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service: We are happy that you have used Larson Air for your air conditioning needs. Pretty good, reliable 9/25/2015

They mechanics from Larson air are always polite when they come out to fix my unit. The price feels a little high, but the job done is always satisfactory, so it's fine with me. found the price to be kind of high but enough to, satisfied with work. They're very reliable and always get the job done. more

Expedient and fast AC repair. Larson Air are the people to call! 8/28/2015

Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service came in to troubleshoot issues with my heater. The heater was back up and running rather quickly. One minor issue is that I asked if they had a frame to setup my AC filter and I never got back from them. However, every time we call them for heating issue, they're fast, expedient and friendly. more

I have used Larson Air before. When I've called other companies, it seemed like they just wanted to try to sell me things I don't need. Travis himself came out, looked at my system, told me exactly what I needed and the price was less than the others. I have used Larson ever since! more

We have been using Larson Air for a year and a half. They have done tons of work on our six air conditioners. They do repair, cleaning, replacement, pretty much everything. They're always efficient and on time. They do a good job. I recommend them. Larry more

We couldn't get a real price on the parts, Larson Air would just give us a general range. He would just shoot a price for the whole thing, without breaking it down into parts and labor, so that was kind of frustrating. Misrepresentation of the work they could do. 6/30/2015

Larson Air took $80 from us when they were never qualified to do the work to begin with. They lied to us. We called them to ask about our circuit breaker, and they came out, checked our AC, and made us pay, even though they can't work on circuit breakers. Why would they come out to check that when we told them it was an issue with the circuit breaker? RESPONSE FROM Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service: Thank you for bring this to our attention, we have quality technicians that have to diagnose your system before any recommendations are presented. Our technician was at your home for an hour and a half trying to solve your problem. He checked everything and could not conclude it was a faulty breaker. We don't just change a part because we think its bad, we need to verify everything and stand by our technician. He was out there on a Saturday evening and we do have to charge for our time. Very thorough! They did a great job. 6/22/2015

We've used Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service for about three years, and each year they have done maintenance on our AC. This year, I didn't have an appointment yet, and they called to see if I wanted to schedule one because it was going to be so hot. They came out and found a couple of small problems that could be easily fixed, but could have turned into big problems if left unaddressed. So, they actually saved me money! I felt they were very trustworthy. They showed me what the problem was, what parts needed to be changed, and the difference between the old and new parts. more

Quality service. 6/4/2015

I have used Larson Air for around the past five years to maintain my AC unit right before the summer starts. They come out to my home to inspect the unit and make sure everything is operating as it should be. They are always on time and professional. They call ahead if they have any offers, which are usually good. The prices are pretty reasonable and comparable to others. more

Positive Experience! 5/26/2015

I had Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service come out to do maintenance on a air conditioning unit. For the most part they were good. They went right to work and were professional and knowledgeable. However, they were late to the appointment, showing up about thirty minutes to the specific time they said they would be there. Nevertheless, the prices were competitive and I would use them again if I had to. more

I called Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service when I needed a new compressor for my air conditoner and they were great. The customer service rep was very helpful and gave me a good quote. The owner, Larson, gave me a really good deal on the compressor unit, matching a price I had got from another company (it was actually lower than that other company). The serviceman came out to install it during the time he said he would, did a really good job, and I haven't had any problems since it was installed. The prices were reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone! more

We picked a very expensive air conditioning, and didn't realize what size we needed. Larson Air Conditioning and Heating Service was fast at determining what size was needed for the appropriate square footage of the house. They had the appointment set within the week, they came out, and put it in within a few hours and they were gone! It was quick, simple, and easy! more

Excellent service. 3/2/2015

Larson Air provides excellent service. I had them install a thermostat for me, and sent someone out that same day. I found that to be very impressive. They had made a mistake, but were able to send someone over to fix it the very next day. Usually other companies would have me waiting for another week. Larson puts their customers first, so I'd definitely recommend them to other people. more
