After about ten years of continuous usage, our Rheem gas water heater died out. Due to favorable comments from our immediate Siena neighborhood plus the 10-year longevity of the appliance, I did not hesitate to call Larkin Plumbing for replacement. Eli Brandt had high praises for the Rheem product. He professionally installed a similar model -- the Rheem model 42V75E with similar capacity of 75 gallons. Eli wasted no time finishing the task. He showed competence and attended to fine details of the installation. more

Had a problem with water heater. Call diff company, they said some one will come and check on a problem in a couple of days, 89$ just for a visit. I decided to call Larkin. Carl came in about two hrs, very friendly, professional, he explained the problem, gave me an options. Very easy to talk to,knew what he was talking about, and knew what he was doing. The problem was fixed, and I had a new water heater the same evening. Thank You, Carl, and thank You, Larkin! more

After seaking help through Lowe's knowing that they sold the AquaGlass Jetair bathtub I was given a phone number to the manufactor in California. When I called and was put on HOLD, I was then told they did not have anyone local in Las Vegas that could help me. Imagine,(their customer service is in sleep mode) I then Called Larkin as my daughter had asked me to and low and behold Larkin was able to send someone out the same day. Not only was he able to restore the pump back to use, he was able to share with us how things work with our pump. Keith is a people person and considerate. He saved the day. Keith working for Larkin has given us faith in Larkin more

He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't). more
