I last brought my dog to Lakewood Forest Veterinary to be spayed. I didn't know what to expect but the staff reassured me that all would go well. I had 100% faith in them and sure enough, everything turned out better than okay! more

Great advice 7/25/2011

They gave me great advice on how to train my puppy. I also brought my puppy in for a few vaccinations to protect him from infectious diseases. You can never be too safe and I wanted to make sure my puppy was safe. The staff is helping me take care of this puppy and hopefully he grows into a healthy adult! more

Our animals thank you 7/15/2011

I love Lakewood Forest Vet. My wife and I have both dogs and cats and have taken them all to be spayed and neutered and I have always felt that they were very tender with all our animals. The staff is friendly and competent and I would recommend LFV for the needs of your pets The animals thank you too! more

Love love love 6/20/2011

Love love love! Just another wonderful review to show my love to all the doctors and team at Lakewood Forest Veterinary. They took exceptional care of my 19 year old cat up to her last days and now take care of my new kitten. Every time I go there I am greeted with warmth and respect. Everyone is super understanding of my financial situations and they always try to work with me on my limited scheduling as well. I absolutely love this place and now my mom does too. more

Very reasonable bill 6/20/2011

I really couldn't be happier with the service and care. The staff was very friends and saw us right on time. The doctor was very patient with my scared puppy, and said surgery was not necessary. They ran a few tests, gave me medicated eye drops, and sent us home. The bill that day was VERY reasonable. more

I knew my cat was in good hands 6/17/2011

My cat suddenly fell ill, and I called around to find a vet who would look at him right away. I was recommended this place, so I called and instantly they gave me great advice. From the time I spoke to them on the phone and paying the bill, it was nothing but friendly service. They took care of my cat with such warmth and I knew he was in good hands. more

My beagle comes to Lakewood Forest Vet and we love it! The staff is very caring and have a calm demeanor. They answered all of my millions of questions thoroughly and took their time with my pup. The whole staff handles the pets, and the humans, with kindness and respect. more

I just moved to the area and didn't know where to take my cat. She's like my child so I wanted to take her somewhere that would treat her the way she deserves. My neighbor recommended me to Lakewood First Vet and I'm happy coming here :) more

I have taken all of my animals to this clinic, and it is wonderful. All the staff is very friendly, and they treat you and your animal like family. Very knowledgeable staff and very professional. I will not go to any other vet because Lakewood Forest Veterinarian is just simply the best. more

Terrible, AVOID! 7/11/2009

AVOID!! Brought my sick puppy in, telling them she was suffering from an upset stomach. Told them it looks like she had worms in her stool. They started running tests without telling me what they were for, and the costs associated. Ended up with a $250 bill, and the WRONG TREATMENT. Called them and asked for the right treatment (at no cost - they're mistake, after all), they REFUSED to help. All I needed was $9 worth of tapeworm medicine! Do not use this vet 7/20/2007

Please research other vets in the area first. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Coursey. 249 animal clinic and Dr. Jones are a much better alternative. Pros: no pros Cons: please read review more
