Like most other labor halls, it's dirty, there's cr@ck addicts, and the workers are treated awfully.
However, there's free wi-fi and you can read or sleep in the lobby. This is good if you're unemployed and have nowhere to go.
The entrance exam helps keep out the more ignorant, dangerous, parolee types you see at other labor halls.
The previous dispatchers were embezzlers. ***** works there now and she's moody, so watch out. I've witnessed wrongful dismissals of excellent employees at this branch - other places of this type have a three strikes system.
