My husband and I went to La Changes this past Saturday it was abosolutely wonderful. I had two tequila sunrises and they did skimp on the alcohol. He had a couple of gin and tonics. The bartender was engaging without being too pushy. Got our orders right the first time, and even toned my drink down for me. I had the catfish platter, the fish was cooked crispy iver toast and potato wedges were good as well. All in all the enviorment was laidback and this is the place for the older crowd or the younger crowd that thinks old. I have to give five stars. We will definitely be going back and plan on renting some space there to have my birthday party. The music was not overly loud so you could still have conversation and the customers were open and after a night there you really understand what southern hopitality is all about.
Pros: ambience, music
