We stayed on February 28, 2014. \r

Because this hotel is in Austin, they charge high prices. It is actually worse than any other La Quinta I've been too (and we are La Quinta rewards members and frequently stay at them).\r

As soon as we checked in, there were clear obvious blood stains on comforter. They swapped it with new one and said Manager will review. La Quinta then emailed us after our trip with standard email asking how stay was. I detailed what happened, and received no response.\r

Front desk personnel (specifically man named Kenneth) rudest least helpful hotel employee we've ever experienced.\r

ONLY good part was lady named Courtney in charge of housekeeping. She was new, and trying to get staff into shape.
