My sink upstairs wasn't draining on Friday night. Water from the AC was backing up to my sink. I called Roto Rooter and they show up the next day to take care of it. Freddie 3702 was professional and courteous . He knew exactly what was wrong and proceeded to use a snake to \r relieve the drain. The Job take no more than 45 minutes and my sink was draining again. \r He was nice enough to replace my old P-trap since the material was much thinner.\r I will use Roto Rooter again for all my plumbing needs. more

We had sewage coming up in our bathtub and shower and it was nasty. We called Roto-Rooter and they were at our house within 2 hours on a Saturday. They were able to fix the problem within an hour. Our technician was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company! more

We had a bad blockage that my son wasn't able to remove with an auger and things got really bad. Fortuantely, I called Roto Rooter and they dispatched Clyde Crump from their 3403 N Sam Houston Prkwy location and he did an excellent job of resolving the issue and showing us where the roots were invading our system and explained how to use their product to maintain clear lines. He also gave us some handy tips to help keep debris from entering our lines. He was very thorough and professional. I believe for the time he was here, the cost was fair and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises for drain or other plumbing issues. We had a hot water line break behind our wall on Sunday. Roto Rooter plumber Mike Harris #2627 was out first thing Monday morning to take a look. He promptly fixed it and had us up and running in no time. He was great to work with. Took his time telling us what he was doing and how to fix it. We were not sure if we needed a plumber or an air conditioner service repair man, we had a leak . We called our local plumber and Roto - Rooter. Our local plumber did not answer whereas Roto -Rooter did. They quickly gave us a time when they could come . We scheduled a time that was convenient to us and they promptly arrived . Roto-Rooter Plumber - Outstanding Service..\r \r I thought I had a toilet plugged up on Monday evening and tried to fix it myself with no luck. I did a Google search for local Houston plumbers in our area and had several to choose from. I read the reviews for each company and decided on Roto Rooter. \r I went to their web page and made my own appointment on-line for 0830 on Tuesday morning. The dispatcher called me at 0730 and confirmed my appointment and said the technician would be at my house on time and was already in my area. I asked if he could arrive early and Denton showed up at 0750 ready to work. I found out later that he lives in my area and was dispatched to me that morning. \r He showed up in a clean, crisp uniform and had the ""I'm ready to work"" look on his face. Not like some that appear as if they just rolled out of bed. It was raining on this morning and he was careful coming into the house so not to track anything so he took off his boots and left them outside on the front porch. My wife really appreacited that (we didn't even have to ask!) \r Denton nailed the problem within five minutes and notified me that the clog was not in my toilet but in the pipe outside the house. He ran his camera in the pipes and showed me a crack under the slab where the drain pipe was cracked and separated. I recently had the house leveled and the problems started shortly thereafter. It was confirmed that my busted pipe was allowing water to seep under the slab and puddle up thereby causing even more damage and cracks in my patio. \r Denton explained what needed to be done and how long the job was from start to finish. He told me up front how much it would cost, we agreed the price was reasonable, signed his paperwork and he got to work. He called in his crew and had the problem fixed and the mess cleaned up all in one day. He did an excellent job for us. We are happy for the outstanding service Denton and Roto-Rooter provided. \r They are professional, have great customer service and are experienced technicians. \r I'll continue to be a repeat customer in the future. \r \r Did I mention that I'm a retired Marine and although Denton was in the Air Force, I won't hold that against him. Today I unexpectedly needed the services of a plumber.I had tried all the do-it-yourself actions but to no avail. I decided to call Roto Rooter although I had only previously called their competitor, ARS, in the past.I explained the problems we were experiencing with drainage from tubs,toilets, etc. A serviceman was scheduled and arrived in less than one hour even though it was a Sunday, and a holiday weekend. The plumber, Clyde Crump,#979, was skilled and worked quickly to get our household back in working shape. He was polite, explained the process and charges, and when he left , everything was working and clean. He also took the time to offer some advice to help avoid the same problems. I do recommend this company if you have a plumbing need. more

We had a problem with our water filtration system, water all over and not able to stop it. We called Rotor-Rooter and they had a technician here within 45 minutes. Mike 2627 was wonderful. Professional and yet informative. He took care of the problem within an hour. The cost was reasonable and the service excewllent. Excellent experience with Mario (#711). We had some chronic pipe clogs and he was able to quickly ascertain the problem and explain the process and costs. Called Tuesday night because water was spraying out at the point the pipe entered the house since they advertised 24/7 service. Was told plumber could not come until the next day (Same problem with other 24/7 services, at least this one admitted it before hand, unlike others who did not return my call or could not contact the on-call plumber). The plumber Mike 2627, Roto-Rooter, Houston, TX showed up on the dot at 8:30, gave me a free estimate and got right to the job when I accepted. He was done in time for me to meet my regular 10:00 appointment. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. more

I was charged $6,000 for a job that wasn't even completed. I never would have known except I had a friend look at the work after it was ""done"". The pipe from the bathtub was never even connected to the pipe it was supposed to be connected to under the house. I would have had foundation problems down the road and never would have known why until it was too late. When I called the technician back after a week, he minimized the problem and made out like it wasn't such a big deal. It was a $6000 mistake to call Roto Rooter! more

Rotot -Rooter came to my mother's house to replace all the pipes in the house. The leader said it would take two days, and the men did an exceptional job, and had it completed in two days as was promised. We now have wonderful water pressure in both bathrooms that occurs at the same time, when before we could not get good water pressure in both bathrooms at the same time. It's been truly wonderful!! more

sI scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter in Houston TX (3403 N. Sam Houston parkway West) this morning and they came at 12:30 this afternoon to unclog the kitchen drain.
