So, I tried one of the free classes and this was my experience. I called a few days prior and they would not give me any pricing information over the phone. So, my gf and I went to our free class and got wrapped into the communial boxing stuff on our hands. (It SMELLS REALLY bad like mold or worse.. just fyi) The class 60 minute class consisted of a 30 min warm up of jogging, lunges, sidesweeps, crawling with your butt in the air, and massive amount of pushups. This was followed by 15 minutes of actual punching and kicking the bag, and the last 15 minutes was ab work. The class was great and instructor very helpful as far as showing my gf and I how to do things. We sweated like never before!
