LNB fixed my 61" Sony DLP in a timely fashion. They gave a good price and had it back to me in a week! Sony fixed it the first time and it took 2 1/2 months!!!! Pros: Honest

Unhappy Customer 8/25/2009

I dropped off my TV to be repaired in Feb of '09, it is now Aug and still no TV. I called and was told the parts were ordered, then I stopped in there in June and was told they were working on it and it would be done that week. Still no TV or calls as to what is going on with it. The people that I have spoken with there are rude and try to be intimidating.... I am very unhappy with this business and would not recommend the to anybody at all. more

rating the business 8/18/2005

I can not say enough about this business. I have a 34 year old stereo unit that my husband and I just love. The record player stopped working a couple of years ago and I must have called at least 10 places to see if it could be fixed. I almost gave up until I called LNB. They were able to fix my stereo and were very careful with the cabinet because it is a nice piece of furniture. They were wonderful and very competent. more

TV Repair 7/16/2005

This is a small shop who offers $5 pickup of your TV or other item and a free estimate on repairs. They arranged a time, picked up the items, and had repair estimates within two days. They were friendly, and didn't give us a hard time when we decided not to repair the one TV (because it would've been less to buy a new one than repair the old one). They offer guarantees on their repairs, so if the problem isn't fixed the first time, it is free. more
