They remodeled the gym................But they took away the Sauna and the Steam Room. The Jacuzzi and the Pool and never available. It is always under repair..... The group classes are few and apart. They don't offer any classes between noon and 5:30 PM. When are they going to listen to the member's concern and do something about it????? more

I agree with the former opinion - this gym is horrible and unsafe...they never take in any suggestions...packed because it is so cheap..dirty and unsafe..weights left on the floor..parking a mess....hard to find a decent gym in Coral Gables area that is not expensive more

This gym is DISGUSTING! It is extremely uncleanly and smells. The parking situation is a nightmare. It's at least 20 minutes of parking and waiting on elevators until you can even get to the gym. The manager Angelica Briones is rude and unprofessional. I called on a customer service issue and she refused to take the call and had the staff lie and say she was on vacation, even though I had just left the building and SAW her in her office. I was actually a member at a bally's 5 years ago in North Miami, which was immaculate and very friendly. Bally's should burn down this Coral Gables gym because it acts as harmful testimony to their chain of clubs. Not only that, the Gables is a beautiful little suburban area in the heart of Miami and this gym serves as a ghetto within the Gables. I am pretty sure this place is breaking city ordinaces and building code violations on every level. Stay away and save yourself the nightmare! more
