These guys have a good experience with auto repair and maintenance. They are always friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. They do not give the impression that they are gonna try and sell you as much as possible. As is sometimes the case at repair shops. Rather, they listen to your vague descriptions and objectively evaluate the problem(s) that your vehicle may be experiencing. Ask for Jason, Michael, Andy, Zack, Shelby. All the service managers will take good care of you. more

For anything beyond a tire rotation or oil change, do not use this place. I took my car back three times for the same problem, paid over $600, and then was told my engine head was definitely... without a doubt... cracked. I took my car to another mechanic (CMC AUTO OF GRAND PRAIRIE). He replaced the 'new' radiator cap I purchased at Kwik Kar on my initial visit and my problem was magically solved. My head is not cracked and my car is not junk.\r \r Granted, Kwik Kar refunded me $200 for the thermostat I didn't need, but to tell someone that their car is a throw-away when they haven't done a complete job on their diagnosis is outrageously irresponsible. It really could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars that I didn't need to spend.\r \r Always get a second opinion... especially when dealing with this place. more

Our car hasn't seen any detailing in the past 3-4 years, and now that we're trying to sell it (which is in very good condition except for the dirt) I checked Citysearch, and found out Kwik Kar with good reviews... I dropped the car in the morning, got a warm and friendly welcome, and later got a ""brand new"" shining car. Thanks guys ... Great job! more
