Rob Lee was exceptional in representing Lexus. This is my second Lexus purchase at Kuni. We called Kuni on Tuesday afternoon (March 19) to ask about a car we saw online. Frank McLaughlin was our salesman and he was wonderfully cordial, helpful and friendly. Zak was also very helpful with technical issues and delivery. They are both credits to your dealership. Excellent. This is the second time Jack has handled a Lexus purchase for us. We do our homework and know what we want so we are prepared when we arrive. Jack doesn't bore us with too much attention, nor not too little, just the right amount for us. We really appreciate a smooth, slimmed down process -- the fewer the steps the better for us, and this one fit that bill. more

Excellent. Though I just purchased this certified vehicle from Kuni, I was prepared to be told the required repair was not included. But not to worry, it was and because it would take the better part of the day, Don arranged for a lovely new loaner car for me. And my car was returned to me washed! Very nice. more
