Good service from Don and All, however, I understand that a carwash is included in most everything, and they did a poor job. Outside was washed, but backseat floor mats were not swept and dust remained on the dashboard. \r They need a lesson on cleaning an automobile more

very good. but car cleaning was not great. I understand that this is a free service that Kuni offers with the service but if it is offered I would expect a good job. Back seat and rear area do not even look like they wee vacuumed. Dash not wiped down. Would expect better from Lexus. more

I'm happy with the overall service. \r Mr Bill Vogel and others staff are very professional.I would have your guys to change my car oil, rotate and \r balance tires every 5000 miles if I could get a 10 to 15% discount but I don't know if that is possible. Just saying. more

My appointment was to have a clear mask and Lux treatment applied to a new vehicle we had just leased. I was treated with the high level of courtesy and competence I have come to expect from Lexus (this is my 4th Lexus). A new loaner was provided. Due to workload, it became necessary to keep the new car overnight. This was a great help because it enabled me to return the loaner and drive home in good weather the next day. Great service !! I was very satisfied. more

Great...I picked my car up late Saturday afternoon and it appeared to be in good working order...when I got home I noticed that there was a big ""scar"" on the front bumper, drivers side,. I had a new battery put in and it appears that something got dropped here to leave the mark. I can send you a picture of it if you like. Anyway, Im not asking for a bunch of fancy body work but maybe somebody can paint over it to cover it up? Please advise. Kevin Alexander was fantastic by the way!!! more

He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and my vehicle is always ready when promised. I have never taken either Lexus anywhere else for service. more

Outstanding. Was not planning on a purchase, originally went in for a simple oil change and had been approached when I and my husband were looking at the new models.By 6 pm that evening we were driving off the lot with a new car! Who would have guessed! Paying lower than my original payment and with a fully-loaded new vehicle! more
