We needed a last minute maid service cleaning for our home and we did a little calling around like most people would before settling with a particular company. We must had called at least 10 different companies and their prices were way too hihg, had a weekend fee to clean on a Saturday, didn't have English speaking employees, or just had a horrible rating/review from previous customers. We found Krystal Klean and spoke with them. There wasn't an upcharge for cleaning on a Saturday, they provide an on site supervisor with every crew, their prices and detail were way above our expectations, and they even gave us a follow up call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They were even able to fit us in with a days notice, which I thought was incredible. The maids even left a personalized note to us with their checklist when they finished which I thought was very sweet. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. more

While I was serving in the Army overseas, I decided it would be nice to get my wife weekly maid service to help her out since she was home with our 2 and 4 year old daughters and probably could use the help. I have never used a maid service before so I did a lot of research on the various companies in Austin. I ended up going with Krystal Klean of Austin and I'm so glad that I did. It all started with an email to Todd. Since I was 10 plus hours ahead of them in Texas, email seemed like a good choice for communication. Not to mention the long distance charges. Surprisingly, Todd got back to me rather quickly with answers to my questions, and a price. One of the things I had really wanted with this service was to be able to pay for it with my credit card. Many of the other services wanted my card information and I wasn't too comfortable with the idea of that. Todd said that this would not be a problem and that I could pay through their web site after each visit. I set up our first appointment and moved forward. My wife was really impressed with the thoroughness of the team, and their professionalism. She had nothing but good things to say about them. I was glad to hear that the first appointment had gone off without a hitch and that my wife was happy. Since the first appointment 4 1/2 months ago, everything has been great. We've even had them come out and clean our carpets, our windows and power wash the sidewalk and driveway. One of the things that blew me away the most was they brought 2 toy vacuums for our daughters. The girls had been trying to help them vacuum with their big vacuums so they brought them out their own. What a great company! I'm so blown away by everything they do. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am a customer for life! more

I've used a lot of cleaning services, and so far, Krystal Klean has been the best. They bent over backwards to (somehow) accommodate an urgent request for a next-day cleaning and carpet clean. The actual cleaning job was outstanding. Did a nice job on my 10-year old carpets too. At the very last minute I asked them to steam-clean two large sofas and two chairs, and they accommodated that request as well. They cleaned my ceiling fans, which is something other services "forget" to do. Their prices were quite reasonable, considering all the work they did. I work from home - they were smart enough to clean my desk and multiple computer monitors and return every single piece of paper to exactly where it was before they cleaned. If it weren't for the disappearance of the dust and cooties in between stacks of paper I wouldn't have known! Nice job... more

I recently called Krystal Klean of Austin to have my house and carpets cleaned. First, I must say that their customer service is truley 5 star. They constantly stay in communication with you from the moment you book you appointment to after it's done to make sure you are happy. The quality of work was excellent! My house is clean from top to bottom and my carpets haven't looked this good in years! Other companies in the past have been ok, but not as good as they guys. Lee, Alyssa, and Bernadette did a fabulous job. I will definitely be using them again. more

Just wanted to say Thank You once again for your help on our rental property. They in our home last night working well into the night trying to accommodate us. Although I always turn to Citysearch for my needs, I have never felt the need to write a review until last night. Art and I were simply amazed how they went over and beyond to help us – when we called Krystal Klean, we were in complete shock as we had just walked into our property. After they left, we felt a big load off our shoulders. I had my neighbors over today to look over the carpets and they were AMAZED at the transformation – especially that 1st floor family room. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! We are still wondering what could have caused it to look like that??? We may never know . . . Thank you so much for all your help. Great price and wonderful customer service. They are professional and consistent with the quality of work. I had a deep clean with shampooing of one of our large chairs. We did some price shopping and were very disappointed when we realized these other companies were charging 60% more on average and double in some cases. Krystal Klean did an above average job, with the quality of work, pricing, and customer service being a primary component in their service. We appreciated them and will continue to use them on a regular bases. more

Todd is Great..... Every property manager Co in the City of Austin needs him. He has done several jobs for us and all have been over and beyond and very reasobable priced. Really underpriced for the job that was done. Confirms every job and communicates very well. Answered all of our questions and was very repectful me everyone he came in contact with. more

I cannot say enough good things about Krystal Klean of Austin..When I called I talked to Todd (one of the owners) and we set up an appointment...he was very professional and we set up the time I was aiming for...They showed up right on schedule...My house is shining...and they cleaned the house thoroughly...I can't sing Todd and his crew enough praises! I, among a lot of people here in Austin that I know, have that light colored grout in their kitchen. What we were thinking when we chose it, I will never know. It looked great when it was installed 10 years ago, but over time even with cleaning, it had become gray and nasty looking. It didn't help that our dog, whose old, has a bladder problem and urinated on it. We tried cleaning it ourselves with grout cleaning products, but had no luck. We stumbled accross Krystal Klean and decided to give them a try. I wasn't expecting any miracles since we had tried bleach and an assortment of other products with not much luck. They showed up time and got right to work. I am amazed at the finished product. It looks just like it did when we first had it installed. They even sealed it for us! I am going to have them come back in a few weeks to try them out on our carpet, which our dog has soiled as well. I'l llet you know how it turns out. more
