This is the only shop I have used for my Jeep for the last 7 years. Their ASE certified mechanics have done a wonderful job in keeping my 1998 Jeep with 195,000 miles on it going. A few hundred dollars in repairs each year is better than a car payment in my eyes. They handle all repairs in a professional manner and I can trust them and never feel like I was asked to pay for something I did not really need. They also do emission testing and that makes it very convenient. more

I just had the most wonderful experience at Kruegers Auto 10/23/2011

I went to Kruegers because of their big Humane Society Fundraiser in July; so glad I did. Since then I have taken all three of our cars there. So far I got two cars tuned up, a great deal on quality tires for my Honda Pilot, an inexpensive repair on Grandma's AC and an estimate for several hundred dollars less that an un-named dealership quoted me for my tire pressure monitoring system problem. I have complete faith in the integrity and ability of Kruegers. Pros: null Cons: null more

This may be a good place to take my car, but I'll never know. I live nearby and get a ton of solicitations from them. Having recently moved to Cedarburg, I wanted to try them, as an alternative to the dealer. BUT, I just tried to call to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was so rude and impatient, I finally gave up. If she had something else to do, to the point that she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, maybe she could - in a friendly way - offer to call me back. What a bitch. more

WORST AUTO SERVICE SHOP IN OZAUKEE COUNTY, IF YOU ARE FEMALE RUN, RUN, RUN, RUN 2/4/2009

Walked in thinking that I would get friendly assistance. No walked away spending well over 2500.00 for a car that ran a week and all work done was unsatisfactory, to put it mildly. Or how about the time I was charged $500.00 to clip a wire! Or being told that I need a radiator, when I just had a brand new one installed. more

Auto Repair Cedarburg call Kruegers 7/3/2008

This is a great auto repair shop. They have a very charismatic front desk woman who answers and returns all calls (no answering machine or press this button here). They are fast, honest with estimates and will do what they can to save you money not make excuses as to what else needs to be repaired. I had my fuel pump replaced on my 92 Chevy Astro Van and all the other shops I called talked about the sending unit as well so I knew this shop was on the up and up, BUT when they got it up on the hoist they said they should be able to just replace the fule pump and save me $200. They had it towed in and estimated in a day, abd repaired and ready for me the next day! They also called out of the blue the next week to see if everything was still A okay. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more
