Management 1/8/2008

I bought that Lysol canister that you mount onto your wall and I have a massive complain! We have spoken to the Manager on several occassions about why they do not have the refills and this product has been on the market for several months. Not only is the Kroger on Buffalo Speedway not carry the refill's neither do any of the surrounding stores. Why even put a product on the shelves when you cannot get the refill. I am very disappointed on the action that Kroger has done in this matter...2 thumbs down..big time Pros: Good employees Cons: Bad Management more

Not a good store 11/14/2007

Everytime I go to this location I have to sack my own groceries. They also never have enough lanes open and they know they are contantly busy. Instead of handling the front end the person running the floor is too busy talking to her friends. There is never a place to park either and you wind up with buggys in front of your car when its time to go.The prices have went sky high and its not worth it anymore. more

West University has it good with this Kroger location. The staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. i can find virtually everything i need there. And wow what a selection of flowers. The floral staff there is not what you'd expect from a grocery store. They are very talented and very reasonably priced. I buy all my flowers from there even though it is out of my way to do so. They have such a wonderful selection, and if you're looking for orchid plants, dear god i have never seen so many in one place and so cheap. don't waste your time anywhere else. Pros: Great service, great selection more
