When we went to find a vehicle to replace our van, we weren't sure where to go. We aren't rich, we needed to think 'used' and thusly wandered around the internet to see what there was out there.\r \r We found our van at Korum's website. \r \r The entire process of applying for financing, putting an offer on the vehicle and getting a lot of the business done was done online through e mail. What a terrific service for Korum to provide.\r \r Then, when it came time to go in to Korum, we were especially blessed to meet Freddie and Matt. Both men are caring, kind and respectful. They worked with us to get things done quickly and thoroughly. They were terrific.\r \r Later, when we drove the vehicle home, my husband found that the cruise control wasn't working. We had purchased the warranty for the vehicle and asked about repair. Freddie made things right and Matt backed him so we could get the repair. They even paid the deductible. A very kind thing to do, since we weren't asking for anything for free and we would never expect that. It was an act of kindness that they found in their hearts to give.\r \r What it gave is a glimpse into how a great business does business and takes care of their customers in the best way they can.\r \r Are you looking for a used car? So I gave them 2 stars because their sales staff did try to help me out through this process...However, 4 months ago I purchased a certified pre-owned car from them. In that time frame I have had 4 issues which have cost me over $1000 - issues that should not have been issues with a certified pre-owned car (battery failure, fluids that were not swapped when they should have been, etc.) Korum does NOT stand behind their work, either at the shop or upper management level. There are far better places to spend your money if you need to buy a car. more

this is the place to go if you are looking to purchase a car. I called and talked to Scott, said I wanted a gently used Escape, and he emailed me the link to my now new car. He was SO knowledgable and patient! I drove almost an hour to get to Korum's because I am a repeat customer and they mean what they say. They want their customers happy. They ARE the real deal! This is a family-run business that isn't all wrapped up in corporate America and polishing overhead. They are genuine, down to Earth and they KNOW their cars. Aaron, the finance mgr, was really easy to work with. He gave a few options to work with and calmly explained everything. These guys are the best. I am once again a very happy return customer and will encourage EVERYONE to go to the Korums. If they don't have what you want, they will find it. Korums rock! more

I'm 58 years old so I've been around the block a few times as far as buying cars and do my reasearch. These guys are always 2 to 3 thousand dollars above retail prices. They still pull the trick of taking your keys and regerstration to keep you captive. Stay away ! more
