Best authentic korean food in town 3/17/2008

We have been to Koreana many times. My fiance has never had Korean food before he met me and now he is completely hooked. His favorite is the Cham Pong (spicy seafood, noodle, and vegetable soup) in a huge bowel enough for two and Pa Jeon pancake which is the size of a medium pizza and comes with a delightful mildly spicy dipping sauce. I personally prefer the Beef Karbi ribs my favorite and all the bulgogis(Beef, chicken, and pork). The pa jeon and dumplings(steamed or fried) are great starters with a large OB Korean beer to start. The fried rice is the best that I have tasted anywhere. There are so many yummy foods to name, you will just have to go and try it out yourselves! It would make a nice date for 2. Pros: All the above Cons: None more

Good 1/14/2008

We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. It is a very small dinning room, had to wait a few minutes for a table. That gave us time to look at the menu. We started with pork dumplings that where steamed. Baked dumplings are better. We ordered beef bulgoki but they where out so we got chicken instead. Very good! We also had shrimp bokum which I was not real pleased with but that is just me.A little more expensive than other places. Servers were polite but slow. Cons: small dinning room more

Authentic Korean Food, light on flavor 5/7/2007

I would recommend this place to a person craving jajang-myun (noodles in brown sauce), but the pajeon (korean pancake) is not what I expected it was undercooked and the baked dumplings were light on flavor (Korean food is best known for it's explosion of flavor). Also the prices are high for such a small serving size, but other than that the place was clean and the service was quite friendly. Pros: Very quick service. Cons: Parking is awkward and small. Not the best area of town. more
