This place is often crowded by high schoolers during the noontime M-F, so I suggest if you want to get food from this place, you should go before noon or after 2pm. The food here serves typical Japanese food, from teriyaki to katsus to tempura to sushis. They tend to be a lot faster with their orders than Kai's, which is close by.
Kobe-ya is small, and at the corner of an street, but it has ample seating during non-rush-eating-hours! Highly recommended for fresh Japanese food, served by the nicest of workers.
