I'm not sure who the bernice person is or was but I've been visiting the tire factory in kirkland now for about a year and every time I go in they are very accomodating and pleasant. Dont be persuaded by the negative reviews. Dan and Aaron are great guys, you will not be disappointed; I know I wasn't!! more

Fine for buying, not friendly or helpful when something went wrong. 4/15/2008

I bought tires here without a hitch. But when one of the tires had to be repaired 3 times, the staff were rude, would not replace the tire, and were going to charge me for the repair - only after complaining did they not charge me. I could have lived with it except for the unfriendly staff. more

Don't let the name fool you- 8/15/2005

Kirkland Tire Factory handles all your car repair needs from extensive repairs to regular oil changes. I have taken my vehicle in for the past several years and each time I am impressed with the fast and friendly service. My car recently required an extensive repair which totaled $1500.00. Kirkland Tire Factory beat the dealership price by 50% and had the best rate (by far) of several area repair shops. More importantly I have always found them to be honest and ethical, frequently telling me (in layman's terms) exactly what needs to be done and why. In fact, I once brought in a flat tire and they repaired the flat free of charge and sent me on my way in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend visiting this shop for all your repair and maintenance needs. more
