I have been to this business & have witness first hand how rude & disrespectful the owner is to his customers & yes the place is gaurded like it is Fort Knox. I will DEFINITELY will not do any shopping in this store any more. can't wait for the Dollar General to Open !! more

I wasa frequent customer at Kings and never had any run ins with these people, however observing them they are not great with some of the customers. You are watched like a hawk and the security guards do act like they are guarding fort knox. The problem is we let people come into our neighborhoods set up business and treat us like second rate citizens but still take our money. There are other places to purchase black hair products such as Beauty Plus, Black Fox on WW White are very friendly and nice to their customers. I haven't been to King's in awhile but if people put the word out on them and stop going to the store I'm sure they would feel the costs of our communities presence in keeping their buisiness afloat. No exchanges and refunds so make sure to look at everything closely. They ripped me off. They are rude and can barely speak english. The security guards act like everyone in thier is a thug from the eastside. They don't like children in their and think whatever they touch may break. They treat all of their customers like criminals. They accused my two year old neice of stealing a cap she wore in the store. the security guard had to tell them that she had it on when she came in. They have no respect for their customers. Pros: None at all. Cons: Not nice to customers. more

I saw them kick an elderly woman out of the store for telling another woman where she could find a particular product they didn't carry. The husband and wife yelled at her and told her to mind her own business. She begged to buy the products in her hand because she didn't have a car and they were the only beauty supply in the area. He waved his hand and motioned for her to leave saying ""its my policy, I don't have to serve you"" Ask memebers of the surrounding community, they are treated really bad. Pros: None at all. Cons: They are rude to there customers because most of them don't have transportation. They are taking advatage of the disadvatage of others. more
