Kingkong Construction

I needed a construction company that was willing to do rehabilitation work that would be included in mortgage. I went to two websites that pay to join where they receive leads describing specific jobs people need completed. My description of the work I was needing done was forwarded to 50 or more contractors. Less than 10 of these contractors called me back. Several of the ones that did call did not show up to the appointment... one called to reschedule 5 minutes before our appointment, , one showed up and told me he did not like putting all of his time giving estimates for the type of loan I was applying for because usually he did not win the job and felt like he had been used, and the Kevin Dole from Kingkong construction called me on a Sunday afternoon and met me an hour later to give me his bid. He has ideas and suggestions that was exactly what I needed to get my projected going. He gave me a great deal on the first job I was paying for on my own because I was going to give him more work when the rehab work included in my loan was ready to be started. My rating for the first job is 5 stars and based on my experience so far I would highly recommend this company to everyone...especially women that need someone honest that will make sure everything is done properly at a more than fair price. The first job was exceeded my expectations and I plan on using them for the next phase of my renovation project! Thanks Keven and crew! more

Any decent contractor can complete a job as planned. A true test of a GREAT contractor is his ability to work with a home owner through inevitable changes, and, what level of service he provides after a job is done. KCI did an A+ quality job, worked with the changes I required during the job, and has provided exceptional customer service after the job. They stand by their work and have a customer first attitude. Overall, I am happy with the work KingKong Construction has done for me. I hired them to do install tiles in my patio, and for some landscaping in my yard. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was so happy with them, I hired them again to do some work out front on my sidewalk. I would definitely refer them to anybody. more

It was amazing the way KingKong Construction remodeled the house. I was surprised! We started off just randomly calling 5 or 6 different contractors and comparing them on their worksheets. KingKong Construction was pretty reasonable, plus the materials they were using were a lot better than the other contractors. Their workmanship was excellent as well, so I don't see any problems at all. more

I Can't imagine the project already done...Done today. from the first contact to project completion was less than 3 weeks. these guys are the greatest to work with ever. was creative & listen to our thought & great ..great ideas to put my kitchen & bathroms project into reality. Hire this company to remodel my home with a kitchen total rip out & rebuild it, tiles on 3 bathrooms & paint outside & inside. The work is great & these guys were very easy to work with. Clean every day before they leave our home, listen to our thoughts & make it reality. especially, everything was right on the bubget with a few minors changes that we made. I would use this company again for our future projects & strongly recommand this guys for any project.
