Kingdom Limousine

On 11/1/13 I filled out an online request via a website for a quote for a ride to the airport. Within a few minutes a gentleman from Endeavor Limousine called me and we agreed to a price of $80.00 (to go from Pflugerville to ABIA). The driver of the limousine said she was the daughter of the owner. I asked her for a receipt as this was a business trip. She said, oddly, that she had nothing to write with. I pulled out a pen and a piece of paper and gave her my email for them to send me a receipt. I tipped her $20.00 in cash. I never received a receipt. On 11/4, I checked my Wells Fargo account and noticed that $96.00 had been debited to Endeavor Limousine. I emailed them and they replied that it was customary for them to add a 20% gratuity. I mentioned that I had already given a gratuity, and demanded they return the overcharge. They said they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. They have now stopped answering my emails. Do NOT trust this company!!! more

ugh stay away! What everyone says in these reviews is TRUE! Booked a wine tour through Living Social with a voucher. Then then charged my credit card 20% tip for the full price of the trip (a trip that was 5 months away). When I booked the person told me the credit card number was needed for any overage that may happen during the trip (okay, fair enough) - he said NOTHING about being charged a tip upfront or ANY AMOUNT prior to the trip date. \r \r When I called to complain they were impossible to get a hold of and never returned my calls or emails. When I finally spoke with someone they basically said, ""sorry - that's how we do it"" The Voucher was $285 for 9 people in a limo tour the tip was $125. Yeah - no. \r \r I later got an email cancelling my reservation. When I asked why they said they had issues with Living Social and it couldn't be helped. Living Social refunded my money immediately! But -- guess what? Here I am more than 2 months later still waiting to get the refund on a $125 tip I never authorized. (oh - don't bother with the accounting department when you call - they never answer or return calls - go straight to the Executive Department - they will occationally answer the phone) more

I'm not sure that this company is still even in business. In March I had purchased a Living Social special for a wine tour and dessert in a limousine for May 14th, 2013. On the night of the 13th they called and said there was an air conditioning issue with the limousine. The morning of the trip they called and offered an unacceptable alternative to the limousine. I asked that my money be refunded. (I had been asked to pay the gratuity (40%, for the trip in advance- $125.97.) I was also told they would contact Living social for my refund. To this date I have yet to see a refund from Kingdom Chauffeured Limousine Services. I was told, after contacting them two weeks later it could take 20 or so day's, it was out of their control. I finally contacted Living Social by email and was given a prompt refund of my package price within two days! Kudos to them! On my last attempts to contact Kingdom Chauffeured Limousine Services via email , I received a notice that the office was closed but they would contact me promptly. That was June 20th. When I called the company, there was a different name in the title and asked you to leave a message, again, no one contacted me from that phone call. What I find is odd, is that withing the last 3 weeks I saw a similar offer from this same company with another well known internet company that offers special email ""deals"". I emailed this company, again on 6/25 and posted a negative review on Yelp which had been filtered. They claim they have had no contact with me.\r more

Don't purchase any deals with this company. They have undisclosed hidden charges that they assess to your credit card after telling you that they will not be charging your credit card. Then they send a reservation reciept after you have already booked with them showing that they have the right to charge extra fees as they choose. Funny thing I was sent one email that showed they thought they had the right to charge my card ( 1 month prior to services) a 10% gratuity fee and then the owner lied to me over the phone, calling me ignorant and stupid and sent me the same email, but changed the fee to 20 % gratuity. Do not use this Limo Service.. Very shady business practices. Was suppose to receive $100 refund for the AC equipment failure in the Limo and for only visiting 2 wineries on an advertised 3 winery tour. Caught the owner in several lies and now no one has answered calls at this business for the past 3 days. more
