Kids Kuts Family Hair Care

I get why people want to take their kids to Kids Kuts. It is a cute salon for kids. However, I have been there twice and will NEVER go there again. First, the owner of the salon is so rude! She gives off the impression that you are unwelcome. Second, while my kids were getting their haircut, I overheard a hairdresser, who someone called Fay, just ripping on other clients. She was super nice to everyone she spoke with to their face. However, shortly after she started cutting hair, she started mouthing off in detail on how some kids were dirty, gross, or how they didn't have manners. She then started in on the parents about how annoying a few of them are. I went in one other time and the same thing happened! I couldn't believe it! She should be giving clients a thank you for supporting her livelihood and for helping to provide food for her big mouth and a roof over her head. This left a seriously bad taste in my mouth. Hair salons are a dime a dozen. If one salon doesn't appreciate their clients, I don't know why anyone would support that establishment. Go to Kiddo Klips in Champlin. The salon is way better and June is AMAZING!!! Best cuts my kids ever had! more

My goodness this Salon is wonderful for my kids an myself an husband it's a one stop place for all of us, they have coupons always they email personnal coupons to from your stylist. The gals there have worked for the salon a long time there never seems to b a turnover of stylist. Yup even when my kids are growen we will give them r business. Thank You Kids Kuts more

I've taken my boys there for a couple years now, mainly because this is the only place around. The staff there is almost always rude, and the lady who I believe is the owner makes you feel like you're interupting something very important wehn you walk in. Nobody ever greets you or says hi. Good place to go for kids, just don't expect any thing in terms of customer service or making you feel like they actually want your business! more

People!!! Give these girls credit!! They are taking their time and talent to devote to your child!! There are a lot of opportunities out there and they chose to take their time and talent for your child!!! Kids have lack of,hair cowlicks, and undiscovered hair problems that they stylists have to discover!! Give them the extra $$ they deserve. Put yourself in their shoes of trying to cut your kids hair when they are wiggly and spitting hair at you, kicking, crying, or whatever.....they deserve every penny they get which isn't much to attempt to do your child's hair!! I have gone there plenty of times and don't mind paying the extra for their talent to devote to kids!! more

I've had my 5 1/2 yr old sons hair cut there since the 1st haircut. I've only had his haircut elsewhere 1 other time, and the place I took him to did a terrible job. He's always loved to get his hair cut, and enjoys going to KidsKuts. I even had my hair cut there once, and Renee did a great job. I'll definitely keep taking my son there as long as they keep with the skilled stylists. It's unreal how they can do a good cut on squirming kids! more

This is a family hair salon but definately geared to children. The atmosphere is fun for them because they can sit on an animal chair and watch a movie, which also holds their attention so the stylist can cut without a wiggly child. My three boys have all gone there and we have had great cuts and some just okay. I wish I knew the names of the stylists but I don't. There are a couple of really good ones that even did a great job on my then 12 month old. There are also a couple that don't do the cut that I ask and we have to wait for it to grow out to style it the way that we like it. Also, the prices go up for kids over 5 by $2 and I don't agree with that. Still, not a bad value and we will still be going there occasionally. more
