Purchased car via web shopping for best price on like model. Negotiated final price over phone, provided credit card to hold vehicle, and drove down the next day. Upon arriving, was notified that a part needed replacing. Was not notified that passenger vent lever was broken. Also, would have been nice if car had at least been washed. Bought vehicle anyway, and happy overall, but the process could have been better... more

The only frustration is that we bought the service plan and have yet to get the coupon book after several requests. We were also informed that the coupon book doesn't necessarily cover all of the recommended maintenance, which is frustrating. more
